Bigger Than the Matterhorn!

Thanks for checking out the blog, and welcome to my brand new website, designed by Resort! As you can see, these ladies in the picture above are doing the right thing: They're spending time on the internet, probably looking at this site right here — because who cares about the majestic Matterhorn when elisabethreal.ch is updated? Really, who? Only crazy people! That's kind of how I feel now that this site is finally up, after long days of uploading and re-curating my portfolio, and countless meetings over several months with the designers: The earth stops in its axis, and the stars are freshly aligned.

I started blogging pretty much exactly 10 years ago, when I graduated from photo school and became a full-time freelance photographer. I’ve been more or less consistent — I’ve had phases in which I slacked, but all in all, I really enjoy publishing these little articles with assignments, personal projects, and photos of cats. On a personal note, I really can’t recommend my good friends Dieter and Michael from Resort enough: They’re super nice, they’re clever, they listen to you (but stand their ground if your ideas are not so smart), and last but not least: They’re killer designers. If you’re ever in need of a website, or anything, really, you should give them a call.
